Keep in mind that even industrial sewing is a craft carried out in many steps, therefore there is always a tolerance for measurement deviations.

How to measure

A: Sleeve length
Lay the garment flat. Measure from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
B: Chest
Lay the garment flat. Measure from armpit to armpit.
C: Bottom width (circumference)
Lay the garment flat. Measure from edge to edge at the bottom of the garment.
D: Garment length
Lay the garment flat. Measure from the shoulder down to where the garment ends (back).
