Lay the pants flat. Measure the width of the waist.
B: Inside leg
Lay the pants flat. Measure the inseam of the trousers, from the crotch seam to the end of the pant leg.

Women

A: Waist
Lay the pants flat. Measure the width of the waist.
B: Seat
Lay the pants flat. Measure the seat of the pants, 19 cm down from the waistband edge.
C: Inside leg
Lay the pants flat. Measure the inseam of the pants, from the crotch seam to the end of the pant leg.

Great shorts. Love the pockets!

They were a little bigger than thought otherwise I’m happy with purchase

I love these shorts and use them a lot during the summer while working in my shop. They would be perfect shorts if they had a cellphone pocket on the the right side where there is no pocket and if they had a the exact same design made out of nylon/spandex combo.

i decided to try these shorts being as the last two pairs fit good and i dont have to constantly be pulling them up, these aren’t as snug around the waist and lacking a cargo pocket on right thigh, other than that, good buy

I love these pants / shorts. I've probably owned 10 pairs of pants and 10 pairs of shorts. I get way more done (as a carpenter) when I'm wearing them because I always have the basics on me. I struggle with organization and all that....and these shorts actually help!

I bought a pair and they sent me the old style. Not what I ordered. Now I have to send the wrong pair back and wait for the pair I ordered to arrive. But will only begin that process when they receive the wrong item back.
The proper pair should have been sent immediately upon being informed that the company sent the wrong item. Now the responsibility is on me. I ordered the shorts because it was supposed to be easier, this is a big pain in the ass.
Customer service fail..
Not a good experience.

Good product but with huge problem. Not available in 1" sizes. I ordered size 32 and I need a 31!!!!!!!!!!! A big a bloody big shame as love the product for landscape gardening in hot humid Miami.

Probably the greatest work clothes that I have ever owned. I wear them daily and I beat them constantly all day long for mostly 12 hours a day. They are comfortable, but I love the pockets more than anything and I own three pairs of them they get washed daily and I’ve had a couple pairs now for well over a year and I have no holes other than the burn marks from smoking LMAO, but no holes from six and ones in the pocket or scrapers or screws and loose parts etc.. These are probably the best and well-made work clothes I’ve ever seen let alone owned totally love this company and they’re craftsmanship shows! Highly recommend them to anyone who works hard.

I have other shorts from Blaklader so I will not comment as I have before...

I am an electrician and love the pockets and tool slips. Unfortunately, the layout on these shorts is different then the X1600 which is my go to short. It slows me down when working to adjust to the changes in location for my various tools. I love these lightweight shorts for summer but hope you will make a similar ripstop short in the X1600 layout which is perfect for my needs.

Other than that minor gripe I am very happy with blaklader overall and am willing to pay the extra $$ for them.

The only thing I would add would be a reinforced tape measure gusset on the outer pocket like the inner pocket has.

I bought a pair of the utility pocket pants for work and since then I have been hooked! Now that it's hot out, I went with a pair of the ripstop shorts and I am sooo glad I made that decision. Durable, comfortable, light and breathable, with plenty of pockets for tools n such! I highly recommend these to anyone working in the trades!
