Nice comfortable works great way better product in the winter coat that I bought years ago one of the buttons got ripped off I asked for you guys to send me a new button / snap and I got no response

Product is not true to size. Customer support is unhelpful and will not honour their warranty. Falsely advertised as Made in Canada. Shop elsewhere.

I've been wearing this Kilt to work everyday for close to 2 months doing commercial Sheet metal ventilation. I love it. But it has flaws. Pretty significant ones.

The Good : POCKETS . So many pockets, and all of them are useful. Especially the flop out tool/screw pouch. Although I feel they should be made with a heavier denim, mine are already showing signs of wear and will likely need patching before long

It's cool, cooler than overalls in the summer anyway. The boys ventilate. That is all.

The Freedom of movement is phenomenal, I can move, squat and maneuver with ease, no more getting bogged down by heavy overalls

Tons of compliments on the Kilt too, everyone on sights thinks it's great

The bad: Sorry Blaklader

Thin, too thin. I managed to tear mine in 4 days, mind you I work with sheet metal but still. It should holdup better

Fits huge, I measured my waist to 33 1/2, so I bought the 34. I have to wear a belt and suspenders to keep it from sagging. Which leads to the next problem...

IT WON'T STAY FULLY SHUT!
The last button pops open constantly, and then the second to last bit pops, I swear it's like every 15 minutes, sometimes near instant. I make sure the thing is fully seated, and sure enough it flies back open. I have to put it back so often you can actually see how worn the hole is. I think it's because of the belt loops spacing being a little odd. The kilt doesn't have the support where it needs it

Oh and mine arrived with the tools holder straps(?) Missing from the front pocket, just straight up not there, missed by QC.

and to top it all off my hammer dumps right out of the hammer loop.

So at the end of it all, I'm going to keep wearing the kilt. I'll just have the missus adress the issues herself. But c'mon Blaklader you can do better. If you want to talk to a guy that wears this thing everyday my ears are open

It's comfortable to move around, and I like it.

This product is durable, stylish, and practical. I have received compliment when I wore it, and I have worn it at work where its multiple open top tool / utility pockets proved very useful and convenient.

I am happy to own it. From what I can tell, I think it should last.

I like it but the waist needs to be more durable and the buttons are chintzy.
The material for the waist needs to be thicker like if there was one more layer folded before they stitch it. The buttons are gonna come off. I can feel it. If they weren't swiveling buttons they would be better but they swivel and that wears out fast. Put a good sturdy button on there and we're good. Still cannot justify $120 but maybe $80?
Also, there is a company that ships out of Pakistan advertising this kilt any color for roughly $70. Not necessarily the same, and definitely not the brand. I would have to order and compare

He likes it (though a bit cold to wear the kilt yet) I got him a size 36 because he is a 36 but, it fits pretty small for a 36.

Size runs small. Pockets are undersized. I can’t even put my iPhone 7 in the phone pocket. It needs one more button on the hip because it has a tendency to catch on itself and stay open. Belt loops are sufficient, though. The fabric is stiff and doesn’t flow well. It looks cool, but it’s not worth the money I spent on it.

Way better than shorts in hot temperatures. More freedom of movement when working, doesn't get dirty too easy & easy to clean when it does. Seems to be a hit with the wife as well. Good purchase!

Buy it with your money... You'll be free; oh-so free, free from the foreman's requests to be up ladders.... While your on the ground looking so fly with pockets to spare and lower level management material written all over; you'll have to employ your hammer loops when handed the blueprints because your so constructive looking.
Honestly the only improvement on this I hope for is a Hi-visibility color version and fleece lined one would be baller...
