Whether you need a refund or a better size, we've got you covered. Fill out the form at the link the bottom of this page and our team will send you an RMA# along with return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unfortunately unable to make any alterations. Once you have received your order, please continue to the link below to process a return.

Eligibility: Full-price purchases from The Blaklader Vault are eligible for returns and exchanges in accordance with our standard return policy. Items purchased as part of a Blaklader Vault sale or promotional offer are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

New and unused garments with tags affixed may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment.

Holiday Return & Exchange Policy: Orders placed between November 9 and December 16 are eligible for an extended return and exchange period. Return or exchange requests must be submitted by January 15. Orders placed after December 16 remain subject to our standard return and exchange policy of 30 days from the shipment date. If your standard 30-day return period extends beyond January 15, the later date will apply.

All returns require a valid RMA# and are subject to inspection and approval. We will send you an RMA form upon receiving your return or exchange request.

To complete your request, have the following ready: 12-digit item number, size(s), quantity, reason for return, and order confirmation number. RMA#s are valid for 30 days on the specified items.
