SHIPPING
Free shipping for all orders over $200.00 (before tax) within the US. For orders under $200.00 (before tax) there will be a $9.99 shipping fee. For UPS Express there is an additional $19.99 charge.
SEAM GUARANTEE
Blaklader offers a guarantee on the seams of our garments, which means if the seam fails or starts to tear within the life of the garment you are eligible for a replacement. If tearing occurs on the material of the garment near the seam that is not covered, it is only the seam itself. All garments have an expected service life, we would consider a garment past its useful life if it has seen excessive wear in major areas such as tears and holes. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, obvious abuse, misuse, or neglect. Other hardware like zippers or buttons will not fall under our warranty. Blaklader will also cover premature failure of any of our products caused by a defect in the materials and workmanship. Any product that is no longer in production will be replaced with a comparable Blaklader product. Blaklader assumes no liability for garments that have had alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the garment. To submit a warranty claim please follow this link and fill out a warranty request. For us to evaluate your claim you will need to send us the garments back, at your expense. Once received we will assess and advise if your garments are approved and send out a replacement.
CLAIMS
Claims for shipments on merchandise damaged or lost in transit are to be filed against the carrier by Blaklader. Our shipments are carefully audited for accuracy. However, should you find it necessary to request a claim, visit our returns page. Blaklader will deny any claims not filed within 30 days of the ship date. Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of the issue.
RETURNS
New, unused garments may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange as long as the tags are still attached. All submissions are subject to inspection and approval by our return department. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA). To obtain that number please visit our returns page. Please be prepared to provide style numbers, sizes, reason for return, quantity, purchase order number, or order confirmation number. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days on the items specified. A restocking fee of 25% may apply under certain circumstances. Cartons containing returns may not weigh more than 40 lbs.
FOOTWEAR
Blaklader North America safety Footwear may be returned within 30 days with tags still attached and in original packaging. To be eligible for a return, shoes must be clean and in resalable condition, and may not be worn outside. If the footwear is not returned in the above manner there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. Follow this link to fill in a return request form.
All Blaklader North America safety footwear will be backed by a 90-day warranty. This warranty is against manufacturing and workmanship defects. It includes seam tears and material defects. Punctures and cuts to the materials will not be covered under the manufacturing warranty. All warranty claims must be shipped to our shoe warranty department at the customer’s expense and are subject to inspection. Providing the warranty claim is valid, a replacement pair of the same style and color will be sent out. All safety footwear from Blaklader North America will be backed by a 30-day comfort guarantee. If within 30 days you feel that the footwear is uncomfortable, the customer may return the footwear for a full refund to the original place of purchase. If these were purchased directly through blaklader.com please follow this link to fill out the form, submit a claim and receive return instructions. Returns will be made at the customer’s expense. If this was purchased from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must have the original purchase receipt at the time of return.
All Blaklader safety footwear that feature the Freelock cable-lace system will also feature a 1 year function warranty. If you have any problems with the Freelock system, please follow this link to receive a replacement lace kit. Proof of purchase is required to validate each warranty claim.
