What does a life-time seam warranty mean?
If a seam on a garment splits, we will repair or replace the garment. The warranty does not apply if a seam tears due to mechanical causes such as being torn or cut by sharp edges and tools, or if the material is worn out. Contact the store where you bought our product to file a complaint.
I want to return a product. What do I do?
Contact the retailer where you bought the product. The retailer will return the item to Blåkläder. We will examine the garment and, in the event of production error replace the garment. It is important that faulty products are returned to Blåkläder so we can examine and correct the problem for future products.
